Our representative will greet you and escort you to your awaiting vehicle for a comfortable transfer to Haridwar, the gateway to the Char Dham Yatra. As you journey, the landscape gradually transforms, transitioning from the bustling city to the serene countryside. Upon arrival in Haridwar, check into your hotel and freshen up. In the evening, witness the mesmerizing Ganga Aarti at Har Ki Pauri, a deeply moving spiritual experience.
After an early breakfast, embark on a scenic drive to Barkot, a picturesque town nestled in the foothills of the Himalayas. The journey takes you through winding mountain roads, offering breathtaking views of the Garhwal Himalayas. En route, you’ll pass through Mussoorie, offering a glimpse of the “Queen of the Hills.” Upon arrival in Barkot, check into your hotel and relax for the evening.
Today, after an early start, drive to Jankichatti/Phoolchatti, the starting point of the trek to Yamunotri, the origin of the Yamuna River. The trek is approximately 6 km long and can be covered on foot or by pony/palanquin. Upon reaching Yamunotri, visit the ancient Yamuna Devi Temple and offer your prayers. Take a holy dip in the Tapt Kund, a natural hot spring, believed to purify the soul. Return to Barkot in the evening.
After breakfast, drive to Uttarkashi, a town known for its ancient temples and ashrams. Visit the revered Vishwanath Temple, dedicated to Lord Shiva. Uttarkashi is also home to the Nehru Institute of Mountaineering, a prominent mountaineering institute. Check into your hotel upon arrival and spend the evening exploring the local markets.
Today, embark on a day trip to Gangotri, the origin of the Bhagirathi River, the primary source stream of the Ganges. After an early breakfast, drive to Gangotri, enjoying the scenic beauty of the Himalayas along the way. Visit the Gangotri Temple and offer your prayers. Return to Uttarkashi in the evening.
After breakfast, drive to Guptkashi, a town known for its association with the Pandavas from the Mahabharata. The journey is long but offers stunning views of the changing landscapes. Check into your hotel upon arrival and relax for the evening.
Today, after an early start, drive to Sonprayag/Gaurikund, the starting point of the trek to Kedarnath. The trek is approximately 16 km long and can be covered on foot or by pony/palanquin. Upon reaching Kedarnath, visit the magnificent Kedarnath Temple, one of the twelve Jyotirlingas, and offer your prayers. Overnight stay in Kedarnath (basic accommodations available).
After offering prayers at the Kedarnath Temple in the morning, begin your descent back to Sonprayag/Gaurikund. From there, drive back to Guptkashi for an overnight stay.
After breakfast, drive to Badrinath, the final destination of the Char Dham Yatra. The journey takes you through picturesque valleys and alongside the Alaknanda River. Upon arrival in Badrinath, check into your hotel and freshen up. Visit the revered Badrinath Temple and offer your prayers.
Visit the Badrinath temple in the morning. After breakfast, drive to Rudraprayag, a confluence of the Alaknanda and Mandakini rivers. Check in to your hotel upon arrival.
Drive from Rudraprayag to Haridwar. Check in to your hotel and relax.
