1. Booking Terms

Reservations & Payments

• All bookings are subject to availability.
• 25% deposit required to confirm reservation.
• Full payment due 30 days before departure (45 days for international).
• Accepted payments: Credit Card, Bank Transfer, UPI.
• Prices may change until full payment is received.

Cancellation Policy

• 30+ days: 10% charge
• 15–30 days: 25% charge
• 7–14 days: 50% charge
• Less than 7 days: 100% charge

2. Travel Documents

• Valid passport (6 months validity for international travel)
• Required visas
• Vaccination certificates (if required)
• Travel insurance documents

Name Changes

• Domestic flights: ₹500–₹2000
• International flights: ₹2000–₹5000
• Hotels/Tours: As per supplier

3. Changes by Us

• We may modify itineraries due to unavoidable conditions
• Hotels may be substituted with similar standard
• Transport arrangements may change if required

4. Travel Insurance

• Trip cancellation/interruption
• Medical & emergency evacuation
• Baggage loss or delay
• Personal liability

5. Liability Limitations

• We act as an intermediary between you and service providers
• Not liable for third-party actions
• Liability limited to amount paid

Health & Safety

• You must be medically fit to travel
• Follow safety guidelines
• Respect local laws & customs

6. Special Requests

• Dietary needs must be informed at booking time
• Room preferences are not guaranteed
• Accessibility needs should be pre-confirmed

Group Bookings

• 50% deposit required
• Strict cancellation rules
• Rooming list required 45 days before departure

7. Dispute Resolution

• Attempt resolution through discussion
• Mediation via Indian Association of Tour Operators
• Legal jurisdiction: Kullu Courts, Himachal Pradesh

8. General Provisions
